Lezhin does not have an estimate for them because it depends on the authors' schedule. But judging by the amount of time it took for some of last year's winner to be serialized, I'd say around late October to early November.
Some came earlier than that though so there's really no way of knowing until they announce it. And even then there's no telling when they'll do an English translation.

Yeah the wait is horrible. I checked out the ones from the 2nd contest and the earliest was released as soon as May, the latest was this January, and there's one that hasn't been serialized yet. Hoping these come sooner rather than later.
Which one's are you most excited to read? I haven't been able to read all of them yet but the art in Wind is amazing and Sign looks like it'll be adorable. I'm looking forward to those two the most right now.
I was HIGHLY ANTICIPATING Spring in the Heart, but it got cancelled (of course T.T). Hopefully it will still get serialized even if some tweaks have to be made so I can throw my wallet at it.
Definitely looking forward to December Rain. The art and characters are just my taste, and I get the vibe that the story will be a roller coaster of feels. The new contender for having my wallet thrown at.
Ordinary Men and Following Namsoo seem more cute and funny (and cliche lol) but I'll my eye on them
Haven't checked out Wind yet, but I'm going to.
So many people seem to be interested in Sign but it didn't capture me that much lol. Imma still check it out tho. It might be something that will have to grow on me.
