They did not have sex. Bum would have reacted if Sangwoo removed his penis and inserted the dildo in it's place. The whole scene was misleading because it was given from Bum's perspective. Since Bum was under the covers he did not know it was a dildo until he turned around, which is what we saw.

Not that I think their first time really will be much more special (who knows, Koogi may have a surprise in store for us and we'll actually see Sangwoo blush again?), but there are a few other things to take note of that imply or indicate that they're not actually having sex.
(I'm rambling so you can totally ignore me if you like lol; I just felt like going off about it)
#1 - On page 3, right after looking at Bum's ass, he has this unsatisfied (or un-aroused) expression on his face and then he turns to look at something on the floor next to Bum (this is likely the dildo).
#2 - We never see Sangwoo's boner or even any sign of arousal on his end (his entire dialogue is riddled with irritation and dissatisfaction towards Bum to boot). Out of all the scenes we've seen him become aroused, there's no way Koogi would have drawn their first time with him soo seemingly disinterested.
#3 - Sangwoo tells Bum verbatim that he is not a rapist and listening to a guy scream turns him off/is not a turn-on (which is further exemplified by his lack of apparent arousal or interest). This is almost right before he proceeds to try and shove the dildo into Bum while Bum is repetitively telling him to stop. Yeah, Sangwoo is mentally unstable, but I honestly believe he meant what he said there.
#4 - Koogi may not get things 100% accurate when it comes to anatomy all the time, but I'm pretty sure that she doesn't have Sangwoo's penis growing out of his bellybutton or the top of his hips.
#5 - Another interesting thing to note is the fact Sangwoo puts his arm behind his lower back when he pushes against Bum, which is odd if you think that he's trying to shove his own into him; because, if that were the case, then it'd make more sense to pull his hips into you rather than try to force yourself to hold a straight posture (which makes sense to do if he needed to use his abs to force the dildo forward).

There's also the comment about the condom. I think Sangwoo was serious then too. As Jieun pointed out, Bum's is kinda smelly. Sangwoo hasn't been bathing Bum that well. Who knows the last time Bum's nether regions had a good scrubbing. If the day ever comes when Sangwoo has sex with Bum he's gonna want to have a condom on.
It was from Bums perspective so he thought it was sangwoo's dick and when he turns around sangwoo says 'why did you have to turn around and ruin the mood' which is when we (and bum) realise its not his dick. We also see the dildo on page 2 when he gives Bum his clothes
