tiger and bunny is a SEINEN comedy detective fantasy manga. I personally like it because it's funny and has action. However, if you wanted to read outright yaoi there's doujinshi scattered all over.
and no, it's not gay but fangirls had a field day slashing the main MCs because of their nice chemistry. I suggest reading a bit of the original manga before delving into fanmade ones.
I highly suggest watching it instead since the anime is far superior, and as Takame suggests, it makes you appreciate the dj more (24 episodes total):
