Guys does anyone know if this > http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/chidori_san_ke_ni_kagitte/mh/268560/Vol2_Ch7/pg-1/ < is a manga or just illustration? I thought it was by Akira norikazu bc of the art style but i dont think sensei has a story about these two... so im wondering if its by someone else or if its illustration?
