I'm Muslim, and the only bxb I read is shounen ai, since it's a preference, actually. I don't think there's anything wrong with romance regardless of gender in my opinion, so there shouldn'tbe anything wrong with it if it's just pure romance.

But make sure that it doesnt have those elicit scenes that shows the genitals/ lightsaber / censored ones ; to avoid us from imagining .. Or rather , just distance ourselves from smutty mangas for a month ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Thank you for your reply :) Yeah I feel you^^ i already know, that I wouldn't be able to do that, I tried last year and I didn't even last a couple of days (I read shounen ai instead and felt a lil guilty since I didn't knoe if it was ok or not). Anyway I think it's a good idea switching to non-romance mangas... I've been interested in Gintama lately (but I avoided reading it, because it has so many chapters)... but even there I wouldn't be able to avoid perverted scenes completely (like Gintoki running around naked or smth). Would it still be ok to read that?

the only time you cannot have sex is when you're fasting. so when the sun goes down and you can eat, you can as well get involved in sexual intercourses. As long as the person isn't fasting then it's fine.
