it does happen! for me it came completely unexpected and talking through it with him was honestly like a mix of awkwardness and exhilaration. kind of like a heart-pounding "oh my god i cant believe this is happening" but also feeling like "what the fuck am i doing someone help" and then retelling it to my friends became a major case of second-hand embarrassment hahaha hope this makes sense as to what it kind of feels like!^^

I have. But it's definitely not like in manga. We communicate way more trough social media and going out, it would be weird if someone comes and ask you to wait for him after classes to ask you out and confess their love.
