I always end up back with yaoi because when I wad Shoujo, things progress so quickly romantically, that by Chapter 699, they like...make eye contact and like...even smile! Jeebus. I am not patient enough for that crap, lol!

OH MY GOD SAME!!! I've never liked any shoujos. The only shoujo I can enjoy is Skip Beat. Others I read are shounen and yaoi.
I also know how you feel. There are only a couple of shoujo manga's that I actually like and enjoy. The one's I remember reading were the really corny and cheesy shoujo's or the damsel in distress and the most popular guy in school comes to her "rescue." I feel like those are the most typical ones and I try to avoid them. XD
AGREED i wish there were more shoujos where the main character isnt an annoying whiney bitch （￣へ￣）

I feel you mate. But lately, even when i read yaoi with plot like shoujo manga (like when uke is wishy washy, assume thing or clingy like a girl), it annoy me. I dont mind girly character or cross dressing as long as he still act like a man.
I dont want to sound like those annoying sjw but i find it pretty rude to say that they have to "act like a man"
I'm so frustrated right now, Why is it the female lead either in manga or drama always annoy me to death??? Why, just why? I dont know if it was naivety or stupidity why they always so nosy, jumping in someone else problem, it would be good if it would help but instead they create another problem. No wonder I cant escape from the Yaoi world. LOL
