Take a break, and come back when you think your ready. After reading it for awhile, anyone would get bored, so look at something hetero until you feel like coming back, or just read shounen ai. It really helps you will the feels, and it always brings me back!

Have you gone back to reading some of your favorites? Try that first.
If that doesn't work, maybe you just needed a break? That's ok. Sometimes we need breaks from genres in order to later go back and truly see what we were missing for a while.
I go through phases like that too! It's totally normal! Sometimes I have my yaoi phase and only read yaoi, other times I have my shoujo phase and never touch yaoi or shounen or etc. Or shounen and I do the same.
Sometimes, boredom from an entire genre means that you haven't gotten to read anything that's caught your attention. Wait and see~ yaoi blood is in all of us, sometimes you just don't know it (▰˘◡˘▰)

Take a break, find or do something else that interest you right now. You are not obligated to read yaoi for the rest of your life. When you feel like reading it again, then go ahead, no one can stop you.
yeah, take a break. Or maybe try reading those survival types of manga. Something that can make u feel excited or makes u want to continue reading. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
