Go to that manga page then click the lil flag on the left screen edge to leave mesage / file / link.
If it's new manga, just go to any manga page.
i think i must be stupid because ive tried to submit a translation before and was told the same thing (click little flag left) but i couldn't find it and had to email an administrater.
the translation is for a doujin that is not on mangago.
Is the flag not available on mobile? Cause I can't seem to see it
Oh Really.. I hardly read manga on mobile as I love seeing picture in big screen.
