If you can read Japanese then Gift series by Ichinose Yuma! There are 3 volumes in total and the second one was released in April

Dousei Ai is really really emotional, but unfortunately there is no translation for the rest of the series. Many good series haven't been translated yet ToT

Thanks, when I say mainstream I mean not extremely popular manga.Also I ask questions and don't (always) use tags because I like seeing what other people recommend it's hard to find good stories.

Oh I know I've found some very good ones,yet I'm afraid to read them.I don't think my heart will be able to stand a cliffhanger or a dropped manga ╥﹏╥
