Yeah but she's probably had enough of helping others / doing the job of others... Poor girl just wants a break.
If I've already helped them many times over, and they still insist on talking about their relationship when I'm tired and want to go home? Yes, I'd yell at them... They don't get to decide when I should be available and willing to hear their problems. If they've endured it this long, they can endure it until I've made time to listen.
Is the old director the hemorroids dude's boss? I didn't get that impression, because hemorroids guy is from another department. As far as I understand it, he's sneaking into another department, in order to have sex with the director of that other department... But the director doesn't have anything to do with that guy's department, so he has no powerover him, to force him to come. Thus, ff he's having such a hard time, the solution may be as easy as staying in his own department, and stop sneaking into another, and creating so many problems for himself as well as for other people (like Yeo). If it's like that, then, the female manager is absolutely right in being this frustrated at him.
Probably, but to me what he's doing is similar to a married man's mistress going for advice to her lover's wife, because the guy is abusing her... ( ̄へ ̄)
It's because he's going to seek advice from the very person his causing problems to. Instead of doing his job, he's sneaking out of his department to have sex during working hours, which of course means that the guy he's having sex with, the other department's director, is not doing his job either... The director not doing his job, because he's too busy having sex with hemorroids guy, is creating problems for his subordinate, Yeo, the fame manager.
*female manager.
Exactly... That's why, even though I'm kind of sorry for his poor mistreated butt, I'm still more sorry for the poor mistreated Yeo manager.
However, if the director was sexually mistearting this guy's butt, strictly *outside* working hours, it would be a different story... If that were the case, then yes, he would have my whole sympathy. (/TДT)/
If I ever get hemorrhoids, maybe I'll end up siding with him more... ouch.
And you're making that sound like the black haired guy's fault. Not cool especially when you just got done telling us that they're from different departments. Which MEANS that the director should be able to stop the other guy from interfering with his work in the first place JUST as easily as you say the other guy should be able to stop hopping over to the other department. And AS the boss he DOES have greater responsibility in that aspect. Weird how that was missed.
You completely missed the point of the entire argument.
The director's fault was never in question, what was questioned was the female manager's moral duty to prioritize the hemorrhoids dude's problems over her own.
I feel so bad for him, he just wants advice
