better to just ignore the whole thing. 25 thumbs down means 25 people saw and gave attention. whether it gets deleted or not, new topics come every day. you can't delete every single troll. it's gonna be wasted effort. just go about your day with yaoi like normal. ignore them.

It's gone from manga page & mangago homepage. If you click at the title is appear as "404-Mangago" page.
But if that topic created by sign-in member, for some (good) reasons it still appears at home page of that person. One reason is.. there're some sick members created many account for ill purpose.
