Well, you'll get to know what happens next eventually if you register on lezhin, earn free coins by logging in the Korean website for attendance stamp and use those to buy chapters. Or you can wait until the chapters become free on Lezhin, they are unlocking a chapter weekly.
There are already plenty of posts below trying to help people read legally for free. You should all stop complaining and spare a few seconds of your day to log in the Korean website or learn to be patient and wait for the unlocked chapters if you really love this webtoon that much.

If Lezhin is blocked in your country please contact them and tell them your situation. You can find them on twitter, Facebook, tumblr I believe.

I'm not complaining about them, I'm just trying to help, alright? I mean the time you spend complaining can be used instead to find out ways to read the webtoon instead of assuming that you can't read it anymore because illegals uploads are no longer available. I don't know if Lezhin accounts on social media are blocked or not in countries where their reading sites are blocked, but if that is the case they can comment here and I will try to tell Lezhin. There are also many others who are willing to help and give suggestions to Lezhin on behalf of those unable to access.
