It's psysical comedy, like in cartoons who hit each other all the time and then recover from wounds in the next scene... When they hurt each other for real the wound doesn't disappear immediately... Plus, it wasn't so harsh... Making a joke/showing someone your dick when they're telling you they're sick worried about you deserves some tough love...
