About the ads

If you have a Dell, then you can go into window settings and there should be a button "update and security". In that, there should be a tab that says window defender, and on the top of that tab "open windows defender". Click on the button and push scan now. That's for window 10, or other new windows. If you don't have that, unfortunately, you might have to google that.

If you have an iPhone, mangago might work better. I have the 6s and don't really get the ads that much

I'm doing a complete scan with Windows Defender and I hope it's okay. If the scan says it's clean, I can be sure and keep calm, right?

I have had the same problem the past couple of days. About 20 mins ago I ran AdwCleaner and then installed Adblock Plus which seems to be working, I haven't been redirected since (before it was redirecting me if I stayed on any page longer than 5 seconds).

Malwarebyte free version is good to use along side any anti-virus program you may have. So scan your computer with malwarebyte for added security.

On browser, make sure your security setting is at least med-high setting and have more than one adblock addons. You may even need a no popup add-on too because some ads may bypass the browser popup blocker.

I have the same problem. I've read some manga on this site for some time and nothing happens, but some times later when you come back to this site, the ad pop-up keeps coming up and it irritates the hell out of me. You might have a better chance at MangaHere, myreadingmanga, or yaoi18.com with less pop-ups than mangago. I like coming to this site because of the new updates, but it looks like it'll be awhile until the ads disappear for a bit.

Oh, I have the free version of Malwarebyte, I just scanned the computer and it said it's fine, but I wasn't sure that the free version is good enough, so I was I little bit worried. Thanks a lot!

Mobile? I don't know about other browser, but firfox with ublock origin, adblock plus, and popup blocker (strict) should be enough to make browsing nearly all ads intensive site safe.

If don't like firefox, just get extension that will block popup, block ads, and block more ads.

Yep! If you do a full scan and it says your computer is clear, you should be fine. And Adblock should work well for random ads

Usually, if you have an iPhone, it should be able to protect it automatically against viruses, as for the ads- I don't get ads because my reading option is set to scrolling (multi page) mode. You'll need to get an account to do this

Will that also work (keep from opening another tab, redirecting) if I'm downloading things like music or manga from an adfly (or other) link?

I'm not sure, so far its stopped all redirecting, however I still get the occasional tab opening up. So it should also be effective for when you're downloading things.
