Try using vpn. Maybe for unkown reason your ip address can't access the image of mangago
Or if vpn not work too, maybe it's still maintenance so just wait. Yesterday i can't read anything, but it fixed now.
It must have been hard. Idk if this will work but try cleaning your cache. Or try reading in incognito mode. Or maybe try using VPN
