So what I've understood is MC uke has a pheremone issue that causes others (Specific harem) to wanna fuck him. There are some chapters that introduce how all the characters (except Mimi for some reason?) are related to him (transfer student, committee member, childhood friend, etc.) .

The story with the pervy committee member leads to King's story (MC uke has some weird dream, but after that he's dealing with the real King). The dialogue for King's section was a bit confusing, but the gist of it being "You were kind to me, I am attracted to you and want to do you right now, but when you fall in love with me, then we'll actually fuck."

So then at some point, the whole gang is all hanging out in Sukai's room. Sukai tells them to all get out because they can never be normal friends, they start arguing and it breaks out into an orgy. Afterwards, MC uke has bittersweet feels about what Sukai said, and the following day is following Sukai's verbal command of "never come back." Although, this yaoi being the harem-y thing it is, probably won't last long.
