thw twins are confusing
the blue twin feels that his older twin brother (black hair) takes away everything from his life. and feels that his older brother looks down on him.
he mainly thinks this beacuse when they were growing up all the adults around them used to always compliment and boost the older twin and never the younger one(blue hair) so everyone person he met liked his older brother better than him.
this made the younger twin hate the older one beacuse the younger on thought the older brother really enjoyed the attention and wanted to humiliate the younger brother. However the truth is the older brother really loves and cares for his younger twin brother and he never realized the younger twin was hurting during their childhood(from the adults comments).
LONG STORY SHORT, the younger brother is a delusional psychopath whos created this evil image of his older brother inside his own mind, but in reality the older brother does genuinely care about the younger twin
