I've noticed that happen before and they corrected it after I contacted customer service. Sometimes their server glitches. If no one contacts them and none of their staff notices it won't get fixed readily. Also free chapters unlock on Mondays. I don't know why but the dates have always been wrongly labeled as Saturday. According to the dates, a free chapter for both of those webtoons has been unlocked this week. Check on Monday for another chapter.
For the webtoons that unlock chapters weekly every chapter will become free at some point. However the chapters will not remain free forever. They lock episodes back after a week after an entire season is free. Out of Control/Never Understand does still unlock an episode for free weekly but the first season has reverted to paid chapters. There's something wrong with Lezhin. Every week an episode of An Uncomfortable Truth and Save me is supposed to become free on Saturday. And for the past three weeks it has not been happening and I have had to contact their customer service. I bet that doesn't happen with the Korean version.
Anyone else notice this?
