I once picked up a cupcake and a spider ran out towards me from under it. I was tramatized by a sugary treat. (⊙…⊙ )
This reminded me back when I was a kid and we bought lost of cupcakes from this renowned pastry store and when we got home I excitedly open one of the boxes and chose the one with almond on top because I love almonds and basically any types of nut. Only to discover that the almond has legs attached to it. I showed it to my granda to ask what it was and she immediately swatted it away from my hand.

We rarely see them where I live, but I had one crawling up my bedroom window once. I squealed like a stuck pig, and my dad came to the rescue. He hit the damn thing at least 20 times before it died. Shudder.
I don't have cockroaches where I live, but I used to live in a place where cockroaches were everywhere.. awh gawd the little devils, their horrifying..
My friend was visiting Tokyo once, she said the roaches there are the size of dinner plates! She was in a highrise and managed to shove the thing out a window (30 stories up) She was sure it survived LOL
