I would recommend installing an ad-blocker if you haven't already due to the ads popping up and redirecting you to a different page while reading manga~.

Apparently you can enable an ad-blocker on the tablet, from what I searched up.

If you use the browser, it should be in advanced settings.
If you use chrome, it's a little bit more of a process but
~Settings menu, then select “Show Advanced Settings” tab. Click “Content Settings” option in Privacy section of the Advanced Settings menu. Select “Manage Exceptions”. You can then enter the IP addresses of the sites for which you want to block pop-ups.
