because he blames santarou for his attraction towards santarou, blaming santarou for something (people being attracted to him) santarou has no control over
but after chapter 5, maybe we're about to see character growth for sukai

Well, I think sukai just doesn't like the fact that other guys are above santarou and he didn't know how to express properly (you know tipical Tsundere), but yeah santarou doesn't has fault about it and i really hope sukai can understand him more ╮(￣▽￣)╭
