Nope, the drawing - if I squint right - it looks like Asamis shirt on the top and Akis chest at the bottom, but ... that could just be me seeing stuff that isn't there.

I'm pretty sure it's the other half of page 3 in the recent chapter, ch. 75. You can tell it's Akihito's and Asami's arms.

To me it looks like Akihito is standing in front of Asami with his arm bent up to touch his head or something
