I read the Russian translation. Its kind of confusing, but
-spoilers-
Basically the baker gets married, the artist ends up going to his ex for a one night stand, the wife of the baker ends up with his sister instead, the baker's ex has a new boyfriend, and the artist and the baker get back together after a few years.
I'm pretty sure thats what happened, but the artist and the baker's ex look so similar that I can't tell one from the other ╮(￣▽￣)╭ the story was mediocre in my opinion.
