If your heart is unprepared for the frustration and angst that comes with it, then I wouldn't advise it. Without spoiling too much, (although it's probably obvious already if you've read the first chapter), rape is a very heavy element in it. It definitely doesn't offer too much in terms of fluff, but if you enjoy the dark stuff every once in a while then it's very indulgent.
That being said, I enjoyed it but I am also not sure if I will survive the whole manhwa since I've read the raws. （￣へ￣）

Hmm... I'd say the uke is not a pushover. But as for how much control he has over the various situations he is in... he is powerless at times.
