Hi, I need some advice. I'm attending an all girls school and ahem am a big fan of yaoi. Last week, a girl from another class who I'm acquainted with through another friend said that she liked me. I told her "So sorry, Im straight" In the past, when she sees me she would say hello, but now she is straight up ignoring me. Was what I did wrong? Was I too rude? What do I do now?

    you did nothing wrong.
she's ignoring you? let her be. give her time. its normal. you cant just expect that after you reject her, she'll stay the same.
its not like that you have to like her cause she likes you.

for you, you may feel really guilty and its normal but give yourself some time also.

    i hope this helps.

Nope. Things like this happen. As long as you keep this memory to yourself it should be oki for her too.

well,if the girl was me..i will ignore you too..i mean it's not because you rude or wrong it because its getting awkward..how could i just said hi to someone who just dump me?...maybe she just sad and kind of awkward around you..i guess when she feel a little bit better and move on she will talk to you again, maybe?
well it just my opinion so i don't really know her reasoning sooo ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Don't be harsh on yourself. you did nothing wrong.

she's ignoring you? let her be. give her time. you dont expect that after you rejected her, she'll stay the same.
its not like you have to like her back cause she likes you.
dont treat it as if its an obligation.

    give time for yourself also.

    i hope this helps

No, you did nothing wrong. Do you miss talk to her? If you don't, you just want to avoid a bad mood just let her be. But if you were friends, ask her if you could talk for a minute and says "I don't know if I did something to hurt you, but if I did, I'm sorry, it was not my intention and I miss our friendship. Is everything okay?"
Friendships are hard and sometimes people get distant from each other for missunderstands and little things. If she doesn't accept just let her go, I mean, there's nothing you can do, you don't have to like her back.

You're fine. It isn't your fault if she's offended, though she might feel embarrassed instead. You know, getting rejected by your crush is quite an overwhelming experience. Unless she's planning to harm you then let her ignores you and time to move on.
