English or Japanese Ghost Stories? They're basically two different series.
english movies. I dnt knw about japanese movies yet. since I dnt have any imune to watch ghost movies anymore... but I can handle manga. but some horror manga really cross the bounderies for me ┗( T﹏T )┛
From what I know the Japanese tried to take itself seriously and it got really bad reviews. The English dub wanted to avoid that so they basically put voice actors in front of a mic and told them to say whatever they want. At least that's how it is with the series. Idk about the movies.

You don't have to like them. It s just that you are a sensitive person. I too quit watching all kind of horror genre ever since 'The human centipede'.

I totaly do not watch those. And i never will ever in my life again. Those r too scary.
I never could handle watching ghost stories... but could handle watching normal killing things. but then in fb while watching funny videos the next vedio was about brutal killing. if thoes were movies cutscenes I dnt knw I never heard of thoes types before. I mean seriously some horror manga u may have read where it shows chopping off hands or making a hole in the head or severing it completely... or again splitting the body in half. or every part of inside body part like liver or even worse thing showing. if it was manga type I could handle maybe. but those were shown happening with actual people... dnt knw how the video was so realistic. I thought I could handle watching it but the more I watched the more the brutality got worse. and after watching it I had a terrible headache... I couldn't sleep that night. and even the next day the headache remained.... those videos were something that ive never seen in my life. even the final ddestination movies weren't that detailed. or normaly those type of pics in a movie wil be blurred. since its inappropriate for the audience.
so now as a result I cant handle seeing those. the update of household affairs.. where the bitch presidentss head got chopped off. I couldn't handle that. probably coz it was coloured...and if I hear someone telling a ghost story I shiver and have goosebumps immediately. so my fear for ghost even worsened.... (but those videos werent related to ghost or supernatural.. it was people killing each other). my frnds recommend me some ghost movies coz the eng is high level they said. but I refused immediately.... aand it causes headache... I cant make u guys believe how weakhearted ive become..
and my frnds when discuss about ghost movies or these types I cant join the convo coz Im a scardycat.
