I think it was a fantasy manga. In a surreal realm a girl suddenly falls from the sky on the guy's territory. I think she was depicted as a spot of colour on the white empty field. After he found her, he decides on a whim to take care of her, so he could get rid of his boring days.
I think I remember a scene where she was naked just because it seemed natural for her. She had a very pure thinking. I think I remember him having a big balcony.
Maybe he was some sort of god. Other females were jealous of her.
