    Also, medication will help you relax but also get a simple word that doesn't link to anything (like: the, end, and, etc) and keep spelling that in your head

    I exercise and listen to music to help with stress. Taking time to get away from the cause and read some funny manga/fanfiction can do the trick as well. Also, if you like sweets, a bit of chocolate never hurts.

    nope... that doesnt . also go talk to some one ... like family or friends. or simply take a book and go outside at daytime ,find the best tree and sit underneath it and read ..

    YES!!!! Meditation really does work! Along with yoga! And when I took one class of yoga, I had no idea my body was soooo dame tensed! But then after that! My body felt sooo fresh, good and relaxed! And meditation works sooo well with yoga! I defiantly recommend doing yoga along with meditation, but if u don’t wanna do neither of these things....just listen to rain, the ocean, birds, relaxing slow beat music to ease and help relax you. That’s what I do. And it feels like I can actually sleep!
