They'll post stuff like "just my opinion no hate...*posts something hateful and targets ppl who like the manga*" Then they get like 20+ thumbs downs and they're like "but why?!"
It's not only toxic from comments outside the fandom but people within the fandoms are toxic too.
weird and unordinary shit gets the most attention. Espically if you have a large fanbase like KS all the weirdos pre-pubescent fujoshi kids start seeping in. KS is starting to be one of the things you hate ourely because of the fanbase

somehow the most popular yaoi mangas have the most toxic comment sections i've ever read. like finder, KS, etc
