I remember reading a really good you manga before but I can't remember the name. It was something like:
The uke was dating this guy in high school and they were both deeply in love but then their family found out. The guy had a car accident and I don't remember how but they broke up. Year past and the uke falls in love with the same and after they go through a lot of stuff together the guy that the uke dated in high school comes back for the uke saying that they don't have to worry about their family no more. They uke thought about it and didn't go back with the guy instead he stay with the seme... or something like that
