the person at end of this manga seems to be the first king.
since the author stats that werewolf+vampire blood = total cancellation/death, this might be related to the person seen beside the first queen at the end. (first king might be werewolf + vampire, aka hybrid. which might explain why those 5 old werewolf were so happy to die in their last fight)
