Actually the uke fell in love with the seme first so i do't think it was really rape

Even the uke himself said it was rape. That my dears, is called a "plot device", used to make the uke realize his "idol" is not so perfect.

@so nice: even if uke was in love with him, what he did was wrong, even after they start going out and the seme does the same thing again,it would be still "rape". (i mean if its not a bdsm play or smthing like that)

@so nice:He might have liked the guy, but still, rape is rape...This kind of thing is actually plausible though.(The victim can develop feelings for the rapist, but that is rare.. Not to mention a pathological condition!)Even between man and wife, such an act is considered to be rape.

Well not really rape is also a common trope in shojou smut, josei and much worse in hentai mangas. Heck it's even rampant on other erotic works and medias

Nope not rape. In the official version of the manga the word rape was never used. Even in the second part the next day where they meet instead it starts with, "A few days ago, I had sex with a co-worker..." "My lover was..."
