the uke's weight needs to be shifted to his feet if he wants to stand up right. but his weight is shifted to the top of his torso and is thus leaning forward. logically speaking, the uke's hands must be resting on some sort of wall to support himself or else he is in danger of falling over. plus since the seme is grabbing onto the uke's left forearm, the uke will logically be leaning to the left to accommodate the stress on his arm. so yeah. the uke is gonna fall over.
