There's been a few arguments over it, some people have even said the creator was dead? It's confusing right now. But I do know the mangaka is still alive.
So I guess we'll just have to wait and see?
According to baka updates the manga is complete but the scanlator didn't translate the extra chapters so the site has it as ongoing.

I see that in chapter 7 it has final marked on it yet the manga is said to be incomplete. Is it completed or not I am confused?
