they're not the perfect pair per se.... and I must disagree with you its not particularly moronic in any way. Lets just put it this way, in terms of love, Sesame gave Canale what he wanted but Ayase gave him what he needed. Hence, Canale felt more fulfilled/complete/compatible/at ease (?) with Ayase.

kinda sorta felt my heart get ripped out of its chest a multiple amount of times .___. definitely not a tragedy, but definitely considered an angst. this story ties together so much information...agh my heart.
great story. 10/10. would recommend.
P.S.: [SPOLIER] WAS I THE ONLY ONE WHO REAAAALLY WANTED KANARE/CANALE TO GET TOGETHER WITH THE PRINCE SESEAME (idk the spelling) ?????? I felt like they were more suited for each other rather than the monotonous brute, Ayase Malik. Could never get used to them being a "perfect pair" but oh well, whosever idea it was, they were moronic.
