No, Yuki turned out to be pregnant with Kaname's child after their 'One time' and in that chapter Yuuki kept saying that she was having different dreams, but in this one she saw Kaname sitting under a tree with the sun shining, as he held their daughter.
I didn't get the last part of the extra... was kaname holding yuki when she was a baby or is he holding a baby of his own after becoming human... coz yuki dreamed that.. so... did kaname remarry after become human in the future.
