Otaka didn't need to ask his permision,it's just to let him know about the adoption and if I'm not mistaken,Chun's father was there too. It's like a courtesy call since Shiratori was once engaged to Chun.
What did Otaaka and Shiratori talk about?! I think Otaaka informed Shiratori that he's gonna marry Chun! omg.. Chu Chun ga Chun needs to update T.T
