Yeah me too but I think that considering how backwards Japan is about sexuality ( not that America is a hotbed of tolerance when it comes to LGBTQ but still) it makes sense-I would have prefered other guys instead- maybe the mangaka wanted to portray Ishikawa as somewhat crass and his intolerant attitude a factor in causing Takayama to fear getting involved-
Yeah... a better line would be "I'm not interested in other guys. I only want you."
