Haha I so with you there. My cousin read this YEARS ago when she came to visit and told me it was amazing. I took a look at the first few pages and was like "nope" cause of the art. Oh god did I miss out. Couple years later, after reading all the manga in the library (XD true story) I decided to pick it up. I grabbed the first 15vols. At home I had it stacked up by my bed and I swear I must have gotten up only 2~3 times before I finished all of them and was begging my mom to take me to the library again XD To this day (5years later) it is STILL my fave manga. Along with Red River, Tokyo Ghoul, Judge, Gravitaion, and Breaker. Weird combo I know X3
I already read this a few years ago... At first the art really bothered me, so much that I wanted to quit a lot of times... but I continued anyway until the story became so amazing that I didn't care anymore. The art gets better later on, though.
I'm usually not into shoujo but this one definitely has a lot more substance than the typical romance...
