Darlin... the scene where Yuuki is at a graveyard, is her laying flowers at Zero's grave to say goodbye before she goes to sacrifice herself to make Kaname human... Zero's dead... and Yuuki died bringing Kaname back to be with their (Yuuki and Zero's) two kids... only as a human... so... I don't know how much you read... but Zero and Yuuki are dead. There isn't really a continuation for them.
I would like to see a spinoff of Kaname growing old with the kids though... that would be neat! ^.^

that was Kaname's and Yuuki's baby. the daughter is Kaname's and Yuuki's, as the son is Zero's and Yuuki's
Well I have an I idea of how the story could continue with kaname, zero, and the kids... since it might happen he's going to change back like yuki, it's just a matter of time... but as the story goes they can show flash backs of zero and yuki to satisfy the fans... since it didn't show much of them or zeros child... but it can go as far as (it may sound stupid) bringing yuki back...
Don't worry this sound kinda cool... but this technique will only work for vampires... first they'll need her ashes... Second the only way to bring here back is to have the blood of the lover... In this case it will need both of them (you can argue that if you want)... There blood need to be put on her ashes and after let's say 20 year (give or take)... you keep the ashes no longer in a gar and I'm thinking put it in a genetics take thing (forgot the name)... and she will gradually begin to regrow to herself again... same personality same everything (the full nine yards)... then she will come back...
so it's like having her be a phoenix being reborn from the ashes... lol... (I know it sounds stupid but tell me what you think)...
