Ur better off buying it from sublime, it's an online copy which u can access any time. Cos they have the whole volume. This project has been dropped by its group bcos it has been licensed and that's why you don't get releases, just the odd Good Samaritan posting a rough translation. Ended on a cliff hanger as usual can't wait for the nxt volume schedule
So I coincidentally just found a Tumblr that linked to the site: http://www.sublimemanga.com/ (someone already has mentioned in the comments) which sells Sex/Love Pistols volumes. But one thing I found out is that there are summaries of the volumes and you get a free preview on 12 pages, and so I found something interesting about the Madarame family... SPOILER ALERT!!!!!!
Okay, as many of us may have suspected, Shinobou isn't exactly Kunimasa's and Yonekuni's older brother, while reading the summary of vol. 7 I confirmed our suspicions, meaning he's their uncle!! You can read so for yourself if you want --> https://www.sublimemanga.com/reader/647

I don't even have the slightest idea of how that's possible considering Shinobou at one point said his mother gave her life for him and so on, but he's definitely not the son of Makio, but in truth her brother. So I'm not sure at this point if this had already been confirmed, but in case it hadn't, I wanted to share what had figured out
