Chapter 66 is where the fight between Kaneki and Jason ends, but if you don't want to read the ending of the fight then chapter 67 :)
It would be best you would start from chapter 1 ;) Although the Anime is really great (can't wait for 2nd season) many scenes were censored..
(Hinami was holding the hand of her mother, in the Anime it was hidden in a bag; Oomori killed a mother and a child, in the Anime two lovers..). Further: many "details" are missing in the Anime, one of the most crucial chapter's:

The 2nd season of the Tokyo Ghoul Anime is not going to be from the manga, it is a new story written by Ishida.

It is actually an Alternate created by Ishida Sui, as Lightasus has said, and it's called Tokyo Ghoul √A , or Tokyo Ghou Root A. The "Root A", stands for Root Aogiri. Basically, the inside of Aogiri. This makes sense because in the new season, Kaneki actually joins Aogiri.
There are a lot of speculations by fans that he's doing so to bring down Aogiri, and find the One Eye King.
