We are introduced to Ijuuin sensei in the last episode of Junjou Romantica season 2. He was the man who was severely depressed whether anyone read his manga shortly after the beginning of the episode. He was introduced again when Misaki and his friend (who is also a fan of his manga) won tickets to meet him at an autograph signing. It was a one or two chapter after Mizuki Shiiba's introduction

Speaking of Sumi, my memory's fuzzy when does he show up in the story after Misaki met Ijuuin for the first time? Because I don't think he does and I'm curious what they're going to do with him in the third season, what with him having a character design and all. Could be I just have bad memory tho.
