When stealing a human Titan power,it's not about digesting,coz from the start it is explained that Titan can't digest what they've eaten!about stealing the power,she need to specifically eat that part,I don't remember,but it's the only way she can have that power!
This is my guess..
Historia will not eat Eren..If she become titan with intelligence..maybe she will save Eren..take him away from others and run away with him while clearing away their obstacles...
or perhaps she turn into brainless titan..eat Eren but couldn't digest and take his power..remember..Eren once got eaten but appeared in another titan's body...
