They're the same, except the sex scenes aren't skipped. So yes, for the first chapters you're going to know what will happen. But both mangas are ongoing, so you could just skip those chapters and read the ones that still aren't adapted into anime. You'll probably be missing on small details though, and of course the smut :P

in sekaiichi the story with chiaki and tori is pretty different. They're my fav couple so i read all their chapters.
Ok so the two Manga in question are : Junjou Romantica and Sekaiichi Hatsukoi.
I watched and LOVED the anime that was created from these two. Now my question is, if I read the manga will the story be really different?
I dont mind if it is. What I dont want to happen is me read the manga but know everything thats gonna happen. Takes the fun out of it ( for me anyway)
