what makes you think that she doesn't like it? the jap word for dislike isn't "Suke", it's "kirai"

Nah, I think this person meant "seme-uke" relationship, since the guy who ends up being the seme bottomed in the beginning of the manga. Hence, 'suke'.

The more common term for someone that does both positions is Seke. It's basically a balance of dominant and submissive positions. It can also refer to women although it's not common.

A Suke is a guy, who acts like a Seme but is actually a Uke in bed. Seke is someone who is switches between these positions.

    Just look it up http://de.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Suke

I think I understand... I hear that word a lot in anime. It's a word that sounds like "su-gei" or something like that, and the character is usually in an emotional state of awe or disbelief as if they're saying "whoa... " I would say it's similar to "so cool" but that sounds more like "su-goi." I'm just basing it on what I hear, though, since my Japanese isn't very good yet.

Suke doesn't mean awesome. You probably mean "Suge/sugei" which is how guys says sugoi to sound masculine.
