It's the mangaka's personal style. Some styles are a little more unusual than others.
Stop complaining.. Why can't you just appreciate the mangaka's hardwork. If you're saying you can draw then why don't you make your own story and draw it to make a make a manga? But the thing is you can't right? Because it's HARD for you! geez..
