She probably just signed it with no feeling one way or the other. It wasn't like Kyoko was asking for moral, emotional, or financial support. Saena probably was just mildly annoyed about having to do more paper work, signed it and sent it back. Now that Kyoko is more in her vision and more in a position to be socially detrimental to Saena, i can't see how she wouldn't make a move. She's certainly not going to support Kyoko in any sort of motherly fashion. At this point, even if she has maternal feelings towards her daughter, she probably doesn't feel she has the right to display them. The best she can do is display Maternal Duty towards her daughter and "Save" her from a potentially unacceptably disastrous Career in an industry she neither understands, enjoys, nor accepts.
I have been guessing that since ch 70, and with the recent chapters my suspicion gets stronger, I know she signed the passport slip, but the president didn't demand a parental permission from Kyoko, since she was so sad afther the firth Maria ark, so maybe she is a law breaker, I can't wait to see how Kyoko is going to fix this problem with acting.
That's what I was wondering about to. I'm also th thinking the mom maybe thinking that Kyoko is making fun of her with her role in Box R or that she is embarrassing her because it got bad reviews.
Seana's next move... probably to discreetly try and get Kyoko taken out of show business. She's a lawyer and knows all the loop holes and has all the connections she needs to do so. Even though kyoko is almost 18, age of majority isn't until you're 20 in japan. Seana still has parental rights for another three years.
She'll see it as "for kyoko's own good" seeing as Kyoko's career, on paper anyways, doesn't seem to be doing very well. She'll actually be doing it for her own benefit though cause she doesn't want to be associated with a girl who ran away from home in order to start a "failing" entertainment career. :P
