I am not sure on this, but it looks like it is part of the Junjou Romantica series (there are a few couple in the series)

lol sorry, it was licensed but apparently the publishing company went under so it no longer can be bought (so I guess it can be translated by scan group, but no scan group has). I should really check my info thoroughly before responding.
